The Founding Member rate is a special introductory rate for businesses joining The Forge during our inaugural membership year and committing to a 12-month membership.The introductory rate is locked in for the member’s initial 12-month term only. At renewal, membership will transition to the then-current standard rate at month-to-month, 6 month or 12 month commitment. Membership includes:Your designated number of commercial kitchen hours each monthAccess to shared commercial kitchen equipment and prep areasMember scheduling accessStandard shared sanitation and facility-cleaning suppliesMember onboarding and kitchen orientationAccess to applicable business-development resources, educational opportunities, mentorship, and Forge programming. Additional fees may apply to certain program offerings.  Certain storage options, specialized services, additional kitchen hours, and other add-ons may carry additional fees.

The 10-Hour Membership is designed for businesses with lighter or occasional production needs, including pop-ups, smaller-batch producers, caterers, bakers, and businesses that may not require weekly kitchen access.You do not need to be a new business to select the 10-hour option. Membership levels are based on production needs—not business experience.

Members may purchase additional kitchen time for $22 per hour, subject to availability.If you routinely need significantly more time than your current membership provides, our team can help you determine whether another membership level is a better fit.

No. Membership is subject to application review, facility compatibility, required documentation, and available kitchen capacity.Applications may be placed on a waitlist once membership capacity has been reached.

Membership hours are intended for use within each monthly billing period and do not automatically roll over to the following month.If The Forge is unable to honor a scheduled reservation due to a facility-related issue or closure, affected hours will be credited back or made available in the following billing period. Additional details regarding cancellations and scheduling will be provided in the member agreement.
